stop/start functions, and are programmable to stop the machine with the Needle
in the up position or stop with the Needle in the down position. These features
allow Servo Motors to serve as platforms for other devices.
Pneumatic Foot Lifter –
Works with Servo Motor. Heeling the Treadle lifts the
Presser Foot automatically.
Thread Tension Release –
Works with Pneumatic Foot Lifter for quick release of
goods.
Automatic Edge Sensor –
An Electric Eye detects the material. Ideal for
automating operations like overedging of napkins, tablecloths and straight line
operations. With one push of the Treadle, the machine will sew at the
programmed speed until the Edge Sensor stops the machine when it detects the
corner or end of the material.
